Founded by David Wells in 1996, Hampshire based Intelligent Fitness™ started out as a personal training company. Over the last ten years clients have been drawn from all walks of life and with the full spectrum of abilities and goals.
By 2000 we were becoming increasingly disillusioned with certain aspects of the fitness industry, noting widespread, serious shortcomings in both the standards of professional education and subsequently the advice and expertise on offer to the public.
