About the studios

We currently have three fully equipped studios in the UK (with more planned), one is in Oxford, another in Southampton and the other in Central London. All studios are branded as 'Active Pilates' and are also open to the public for classes in-between the training courses

Active Pilates Studio at mbodies - Witney Oxfordshire

Training courses in Oxfordshire take place at our Active Pilates Studio within mbodies exercise for health & performance centre that is situated in the town of Witney, about 4 miles north of Oxford. These studios are fully equipped with the complete range of STOTT PILATES® equipment and accessories allowing students to practise the full repertoire of exercises on each course. Also, students will benefit from discounted classes prices if they wish to start logging down their 'physical review' hours.

 

YMCAfit Active Pilates Studio – Central London

The YMCAfit Active Pilates Studio is owned and run by YMCA Fitness Industry Training in association with Active Training. The studio is fully equipped with STOTT PILATES Reformers and various other equipment.

Active Pilates Hedge End - Southampton

The Active Pilates studio is based within the Hedge End Golf Centre, on the outskirts of Southampton. The studio is fully equipped with STOTT PILATES Reformers and various other equipment.
