To test whether your current knowledge of anatomy is adequate to ensure that you get the most from your STOTT PILATES course, we recommend that you try each of the self-tests shown below. Each test relates to one of the three available anatomy modules. These modules; Foundations of Anatomy, Analysis of Human Movement and Essential Anatomy, together provide the necessary knowledge and skills that are recommended before attending STOTT PILATES courses.
