STOTT PILATES Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer, Workout 1
Learn to take your clients’ game to the next level in this sports conditioning workshop. Improve strength, power and agility through new variations of familiar exercises that challenge unilateral movement, weight transference and core stability. This workshop has a special focus on the core, arms, legs, shoulders and hips as well as rotation. Learn a format on the Reformer perfect for your sports enthusiast clients and athletes of all levels.

STOTT PILATES Mini Flex-Ball™ Workout
This energizing workout incorporates the 12-inch mini flex ball to create total-body strengthening and conditioning. The exercises will work on improving posture with a major focus on core stability and back mobility while also lengthening and strengthening the surrounding muscles. Keeping in mind the elements of the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles, participants will learn how to add variety and fun to traditional matwork routines.

STOTT PILATES Pilates with Props, Level 2
Need to add some interest to your matwork routine? This workshop will build on the exercises learned in Level 1 to create an awesome series that demonstrate how we can mix up a standard matwork routine by adding the Flex-Band, Fitness Circle and Toning Balls. Focusing on strength and agility, you’ll learn variations and modifications that will challenge and stimulate you and your clients alike. You’ll start with some basic exercises then progress to a much more challenging series of moves. These workouts will leave you feeling strong and streamlined and will serve to improve your game – even if your game is life!
